feel better. You can start moving out of overwhelm right now, today, by tuning
in and finding where the ease is.

Step 2: Pay attention to what brings ease to your body

Practice the tuning in daily and start to hone your ‘ease-monitor’.
Move towards things (food, activities, people) that create more ease in your
body. Test it out.

Step 3: In laughably tiny steps start creating a life that
works better for you

Use that information to start creating a life that works
better for you – without adding to your overwhelm by thinking you need to make
huge changes. Tiny steps are very powerful. Tiny steps are enough when they
nourish you.
