Its time to get out of our heads and back into our bodies

Enough with this stress-overwhelm-exhaustion cycle! Your mind is brilliant, absolutely brilliant but it’s not all you have to guide you. Get out of your head and tune into your body – it has so much help it’s trying to give you.

Feel your feet on the ground. Allow our belly to soften, if it wants to, and if it doesn’t just notice that. Allow your shoulders to move away from your ears – or not. And notice how you feel.

What does your body need? If you’re thirsty, drink; hungry, eat; tired, rest a moment, if you can. Feel better. be kind to yourself.
