Hi, I'm Heidi Marke, The Gentle Rebel Coach

Host of The Overwhelm is Optional Podcast and author of the Overwhelm is Optional book.

In 2018, after secretly surfing the verge of burnout for several years whilst enjoying the huge highs and lows of a hard-worked-for teaching career, I unexpectedly imploded my life by crashing and burning out, losing my much loved (once) career, professional respect, financial security and confidence.

Over the following 5 years I built my business around helping others ditch that well-worn verge of burnout and find a way to live life fully - without overwhelm and exhaustion.
