Every January you do the deep work. You know what you want. It’s a lot but you’re used to holding and aiming for a lot.
You feel clear. You feel committed. Excited about the new year ahead.

Your life is full. You carry a lot. And the familiar visitors are never far away: overwhelm, other people’s demands, distraction and procrastination.


February Focus is where you learn to stay connected to what matters most, even when life gets busy.

 

Two live 90 minute sessions held on Zoom. Audio recording available for two weeks but attending live is highly recommended. The group will be kept deliberately small.

Dates for the first group are Sunday 8th and 22nd February 10-11.30 am GMT. The second group will be on the same days at 4.00pm GMT. Please let me know which you wish to attend after booking.

We’ll go far beyond tips and hacks. We’ll work with the heart, the body and the mind so your focus becomes something you support from the inside out.

Practices to support your mind to stay focused with approaches that work for you personally.
Recognise the emotional cycle behind distraction and procrastination, so you recover faster.
Waste less time and feel far more satisfaction with your day.
