THERE IS NO MAGIC POT OF EASE AT THE END OF YOUR TO-DO LIST

Aug 03, 2022

Your head is so full it feels like your brain is bruised (ouch!)

You can’t think straight but have no time to take a break

Your body aches even though the run/walk/yoga/workout you keep meaning to do is still on hold

On hold until…

Until what?

Until your to-do list is empty?

I think you know that’s NEVER going to be a thing!

Right?!

THERE IS NO MAGIC POT OF EASE AT THE END OF YOUR TO-DO LIST

You know this - you’re smart - so why do you keep believing this myth?

Because:

Your head is so full it feels like your brain is bruised (ouch!)

And

You can’t think straight but have no time to take a break

Which are symptoms of overwhelm

And overwhelm is a huge TRICKSTER

Overwhelm is to blame

Not your to-do list

Not YOU - definitely not smart, lovely you

(That’s another tick of overwhelm - to always make yourself the problem)

If you could clear the overload in your head and think straight you would be able to stare this never-ending circle of nonsense right in the face

The search for ease and headspace through this constant push through overwhelm to clear your to-do list is a nonsense

THERE IS NO MAGIC POT OF EASE AT THE END OF YOUR TO-DO LIST

(You might want to screenshot this until you’ve busted the myth permanently!)

So, if this is true then how do you get a clear head and ease without pushing through overwhelm to get stuff done?

By dealing with the overwhelm first.

You get to have the clear head and magic pot ease BEFORE tackling your to-do list!

I teach all my clients my simple, fast and effective way to get out of overwhelm first.

Then magic happens.

No more bruised brain and overloaded mind!

Imagine starting your day with a clear mind.
